Product Description
Generally suitable for pipe processing with a diameter not exceeding 50 mm. The specific pipe thickness will vary depending on the machine model.
The maximum bending radius and the minimum bending radius depend on the specific machine model. For example, some 50CNC pipe bending machines have a maximum bending radius of more than 280 mm, and the bending radius of some machines can be customized.
There is high precision control in feeding, pipe turning and bending. The feeding accuracy can reach ±0.1 mm, the pipe turning accuracy is ±0.1°, and the bending accuracy is ±0.3°.
The maximum bending angle is usually around 180° to 190°

Main screen: Generally a color touch screen, used to display various operation information, parameter settings, machine status, and error prompts. For example, during the operation, the current bending angle, feeding length, oil pressure and other parameters will be displayed in real time, so that the operator can understand the operation of the machine at any time.
Menu interface: You can enter different function menus through touch operation, such as bending program settings, parameter adjustment, system settings, fault query and other submenus, and each submenu has corresponding specific options.
Clamp:
It is used to fix the pipe fittings to prevent the pipe fittings from displacement or shaking during the pipe bending process, and to ensure the accuracy and quality of the pipe bending. The clamping force of the clamp needs to be adjusted according to factors such as the material, diameter and wall thickness of the pipe fittings, so as to ensure that the pipe fittings can be firmly clamped without causing excessive extrusion and damage to the pipe fittings.
Anti-wrinkle mold:
It is installed in the bending part of the pipe bending mold to prevent wrinkles or creases on the pipe fittings during the bending process. When the pipe is bent, wrinkles are likely to form due to the compressive stress on the inner side. The anti-wrinkle mold can provide support to the inner side of the pipe and disperse the compressive stress, thereby avoiding the formation of wrinkles.
Function: It is the main component that directly contacts the pipe fittings and causes the pipe fittings to bend during the pipe bending process. Its shape is usually a circular ring with different diameters and groove widths to meet the processing requirements of pipe fittings with different pipe diameters and bending radii.
Mandrel:
Function: It is inserted into the pipe fittings during the pipe bending process to support and prevent the pipe fittings from deforming. The role of the mandrel is particularly important when bending thin-walled pipe fittings or pipe fittings with high deformation requirements. The shape and size of the mandrel need to be designed according to the inner diameter and bending requirements of the pipe fittings, usually in different shapes such as cylindrical and ball-head types.
