The clamping die of the pipe end forming machine can accurately fix the position of the pipe. When forming operations such as flaring, shrinking and flanging are performed at the end of the pipe, the pipe needs to be in a specific position to ensure that the forming part meets the design requirements. For example, in the production of automobile fuel pipes, the pipe end needs to be flaring operation, so that the pipe mouth can be closely connected with other pipe fittings. The clamping die can firmly fix the pipe on the work table, and accurately align the pipe end with the forming die to ensure that the position accuracy of the flaring is within the allowable tolerance range.
Clamping mold can prevent the displacement of the pipe when subjected to external forces. For example, the tube end shrinkage molding is made by applying axial pressure to the tube end through the mold.
